- Why don't you update Hot News every day?
- We update the page frequently, whenever we have important news to share.
- How can I help VS-Planet?

Why are there areas that are not open yet?
Due to many problems getting proper server configuration we have had delays getting many areas up and operational, we are working to fix these problems.

- What support does VS-Planet offer it's readers?
- VS-Planet offers many online support resources for V-Studio Users. These areas of Support are especially useful:
The VS-Planet BBS
- Looking for a support system which facilitates the exchange of ideas, problems, and solutions? Use the discussion boards of the VS-Planet BBS to post your questions and receive answers.
- The VS-Planet Support Center
- The Support center is designed to help with many common problems experienced by V-Studio users. We are working hard to get this area up ASAP.
- The VS-Planet Support/News Mailing Lists
- Here you will find several mailing lists which allow you to post a message and it is recieved by hundreds of other V-Studio users worldwide! They can then respond to your message. This system works like the VS-Planet BBS but through your e-mail and does not need a Internet Browser to participate.
- What about email customer support?
- VS-Planet used to provide email technical support but due to limited resources and high volumes of mail we now ask you to visit the excellent & popular VS-Planet BBS for answers to your questions. Please check the resources in the Support Center or above for valuable Support services provided by VS-Planet.
- Where can I download V-Studio software updates?
- Any "free" V-Studio or related software will be located in the VS-Planet Downloads secttion, part of our Users area. You can also find the latest VS OS update info/changes etc, in the OS Tracker section of the Users Area

- How can I contact VS-Planet by telephone?
- At this time there is no official contact number for VS-Planet due to resource reasons. If you are making purchases via the online VS-CyberStore (which will in the future) there are several contact methods including telepone.
